Looking 4 Myself – Usher (album)

Usher once again delivers the musical goods with the release of his seventh studio album, Looking 4 Myself. With already three singles in circulation, the one featuring Rick Ross, titled “Lemme See,” is sure to be a summer banger. Ross laces the track with his usual boss-type demeanor, while Usher saturates with his melodic voice. So often these types of star pairings are ultra-predictable, but this sounds like a collaboration that was truly meant to be. Looking 4 Myself also has some big time producers like The Neptunes, Diplo and Jim Jonsin. The Neptunes and Pharrell collaborated with Usher on “Twisted,” which sounds like a mash up of new revolutionary Pop and 1970’s James Brown, with a hot sixteen from Pharrell. “Twisted” definitely has single potential. For the Usher fanatics, they can cop the deluxe version that features four more bonus songs including one produced by The Neptunes and features A$AP Rocky. All together the album should be a music blockbuster for the summer! (Trae Cool)
