British Singer-Songwriter Birdy to Release Live Digital EP

Warner Bros. RecordsBirdy will release a digital live EP, entitled Live in London, via all digital service providers on August 7. The eight-song collection captures the British-born singer and songwriter’s captivating hometown show at London’s The Tabernacle on April 12.

Live in London includes several of Birdy’s best-known tracks, including her cover of Bon Iver’s Skinny Love,” The xx’s “Shelter,” and Phoenix’s “1901” (a KCRW favorite), as well as a live version of her original song “Just A Game,” which is featured on The Hunger Games soundtrack.

Next month, Birdy will return to the U.S. for three special shows, including an appearance at the Outside Lands festival in San Francisco on August 12th. She will also perform at the Roxy in Los Angeles on August 13th and at Joe’s Pub in New York City on August 15th.
