BMG is proud to announce the promotion of Allegra Willis Knerr to VP, Film & TV Licensing. Based in Los Angeles, in her new role, Willis Knerr will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and direction of the newly restructured BMG US Film & TV Licensing department. Continuing to be responsible for driving and optimizing workflows and output of the synch licensing team, she will report directly to Patrick Joest, Global EVP, Licensing & Marketing, and work alongside Alex Flores, who oversees US Film & TV Marketing.
Joining Bug Music in 2009, prior to BMG’s acquisition in 2011, Willis Knerr was elevated to Director and co-head, Film & TV Licensing in 2013 and Sr. Director, Film & TV Licensing in2015. She has been a key executive attracting, developing and retaining talent helping to lead the teams in Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto, to successfully surpass end of year financial targets in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Following Willis Knerr’s appointment, BMG has also elevated Megan Goldstein to Sr. Director, Film & TV Licensing; Chris Etscheid to Sr. Director, Film & TV Licensing Administration; and Corey Brulé to Sr. Manager, Film & TV Licensing.
